We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
If you are experiencing issues with your shipment we suggest that you contact the carriers directly. (USPS or DHL)
Payments for orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out 3-5 business days after payment processing.
Please Note: All orders undergo a 'Fraud Analysis'. If your payment method displays high risk of fraud activity, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
